Generating Resource Awareness through Disaster Case Management and Education

G.R.A.C.E. Community Services (G.R.A.C.E.) is a faith-based disaster case management and education ministry dedicated to serving its community before, during, and after disaster.  G.R.A.C.E.  strives to keep the community informed about available resources to assist in the recovery/relief processes when disaster occurs.  The Education Department (the “mind” of G.R.A.C.E.) consists of a team of dedicated individuals striving to empower disenfranchised youth and their families in the community who may have been affected by disaster.  This team operates the G.R.A.C.E. Community Technology Center (Computer Lab) where youth and their families come for assistance in computer training, homework tutoring and other activities.  The team hosts various meetings and events throughout the year to empower these young people and their families.   Click Here to view men2men
