Well, not to rain on your parade- Paris is not all that it's cracked up to be. I went my senior year in high school. Don't get me wrong, the Eifle tower is awesome, and to see the actual Mona Lisa is a big deal! However, the people are VERY rude and really don't like Americans. Anytime you are in a crowd there is the smell of body odor because they do not bathe as frequently as Americans do or use deodorant. The food is HORRIBLE, so when I found a McDonalds I was sooo happy. The catch was that it cost me fifteen dollars for a combo meal, and this was in 1997. There is no telling what the cost is now. Maybe if I had been there with my boyfriend and could have experienced the romantic side it would have been better. My dream vacation is Fiji. I hear it's fabulous.
