WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ARE YOU WATCHING PEOPLE DIE?

I was taken back the other night as the Evangelist preached at church.  He began by asking us what are we doing about the people around us that are dying daily and going to hell.  We encounter on average, hundreds of lost souls a day during our various activities.  The lady serving your order at McDonalds, the cashier ringing up your groceries, and the teller at your local bank might all need Jesus.  However, as Christians, we are not the least bit concerned.  The lady at McDonald's falling into a lake of fire for eternity will not get any reaction whatsoever out of you, but let there be onions on your burger or your fries be old.  It's about to go down then!  How out of whack are our priorities?  I'm not judging!  I'm guilty too!  And let's not just talk about strangers, it takes courage to approach someone you don't know.  However, we all have family that are lost!  I challenge you this week to invite 2 people a week to church- just two.  Most will have an excuse, some might just tell you no week after week.  Although this can be discouraging, think of how wonderful it will be if someone says yes, and accepts the Lord!  Wouldn't that make up for months of rejection?  I praise God that Jesus didn't quit after rejection.  If we as Christians do not care about the lost, then who will?  I praise God that people didn't give up on me. Again, just invite two a week, more if you want, but at least two. I pledge to do it too.  Give me your thoughts.  I love you, God bless you.

Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
