I recently upgraded my aircard to the new Overdrive 3G/4G Hotspot from Sprint and so far I have been very pleased. At home I get continuous 4G coverage, and have multiple systems connected all the time.
Last Friday I went to Galveston and decided to take it along for a test drive there. While in Galveston, I was only able to get 3G coverage, but at that did not have any issues or disappointments. While there I connected 4 systems with each system checking email, downloading, playing on line games, uploading photos, viewing videos, etc.
Pros:
- Sleek design
- Web-based interface to device
- Supports 5 devices at a time
- Costs the same as aircard
- Wireless or USB connection
- microSD slot for adding up to 16 GB of shared network storage
- GPS integrated with Google Maps, Mapquest, Microsoft Bing or Yahoo
- Front OLED screen
Cons:
- 4G is unlimited, but if out of 4G service area and using 3G you will be limited to 5GB/month (which is still quite a bit)
I have seen post from people who bought the device and were not happy because they were not in a 4G area, or were confused about the data limit when connecting to 3G network.
I personally think this is worth the upgrade!

From what you are saying the pros faaaaarrrrr out weigh the cons. For 59.00 this seems like a steal0 points
