Matthew V:30 King James

And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

"All that you have to do is this: Stop thinking about the difficulty, strife, whatever it is (cut it off) and think about God instead. This is the complete rule. By following this simple rule, the trouble, whatever it is, will presently disappear. It makes no difference what kind of trouble it is. It may be a big thing or a little thing; it may concern health, finance, a quarrel, an accident, or anything conceivable. W

Whatever it is, just stop thinking about it, and think of God instead - that is all you have to do."

Signed,

Your co-worker,

Donna Rae Wisor

It is not that difficult to be pleasing to God. Although, it is not always easy to keep a peaceful spirit in a noisy world, you have to trust that God is always present. He will help those who have faith. Thank you Ms. Wisor for sharing.

Thank you Miss Michele. I was much comforted by them this morning. Hope we all are.

The right thing to do is to ignore the trash and only take in what is good. What you CHOOSE to take in is what you will give back. When it comes down to it, this is how we should live our lives. God gives us the blueprint in His Word. It is up to us as individual children of God to stay on the right course. If we allow the garbage that others spew to get us off track, then shame on us. That means our focus is not on God and we need a tune up ourselves...just a little food for thought...
