The recovery plan is a very detailed part of the case management process. I'm comfortable with getting it started it is where we are trying to find resources that comes up short. I know we have one person in the office working on this at this time. However, I think that its alot for one person to take on. I know there is talk of a Resource Committee in which I would be up for in helping out. I really enjoy this part of the case management, helping the client and Ms. Jaguar is right it is a very rewarding experience.

I agree with Ms. Jaguar. It really takes a long time to develop. I haven't had any luck finding a deposit resource so if any one has any tips please let me know!

Working on recovery plans was more extensive than I thought they would be. I enjoyed getting it started. The resources are not as easy to get in this area due to all the disasters in the past. It will be a challenge, but I am looking forward to it. I believe that helping all the clients will give us a fulfilling feeling. Let's Go Beacons!!

Well, I'm playing catch up from being absent yesterday, so the little I did was interesting. Looking for reliable resources a year after Hurricane Ike will be a challenge, but not impossible. Gotta keep the faith.
