You know growing up I was extremely shy and I still am to a certain extent. People would tell me your so pretty and I would answer " you think so?" or you dressed so nice today "huh...this old thing." Can you imagine someone replying to you comment like that, well that was me. It really took some growing to discover that loving myself is truly indeed a choice.... that I had to make. Whaaaaat???? Uh...Yeah. Everyone else can tell you how lovely you are but, you have to know it for yourself because the more love you give to yourself, the more love you will be able to give to others.  So in saying that our first step should be realizing  that everything that I need is already in me, God has equipped us that way, we just have to tap into it. No longer will I reach outside of me ( ie. in other people or things)  to find what is already in me the love of God. When that radiates we are unstoppable.
