"Is not this the fast that I have chosen?  to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?"

This is one of my favorite scripture passages and this is where Ms. J read from this morning in Bible study.  It is more pleasing to God to establish justice in our hearts than to fast for for our needs and desires.  He admonishes us to feed the hungry and clothe the naked.  The scripture goes on to say in verse 9: "Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer; thou shalt cry and He shall say, Here I am".

The Sripture says it all and sometimes all we need to to just let God speak!!
