	0 I agree...this book was drilled into our heads in Grad school:). Its a great plan to follow. He has recently added a 8th step/book which deals with the Mentoring piece. The 8th step discusses the importance of Mentoring others/developing young leaders. The Stephen R. Covey store is located in the Champion Forest area off 1960.
