intaake went well i had to contact all these people and give location but other then that most memorable moment was wen the lady cused me out lol

intakes for me was very exciting. it was exciting to meet the people that i will be helping I thank God for them they have opened my eyes and helped me to realize that in times of trouble our relationship with God is important, most of them are living in mold and disaster still a year after the storm and yet they came down to my table and thanked God for me and Grace and before they left ask God to bless me. I was so appreciative and it reminded me of the story of the beggar at the gate that was called beautiful the man was expecting something from peter and john and he got something that he didn't expect. That was how it was for me.

Just to see the people come and begin the process of getting the help they need....I'm grateful just to be a part of an organization that cares about the well being of others.

Intakes this week were wonderful...I had two new clients to work with and they are both really sweet. I just want to do the best I can for them. Lives have been really changed by the storm known as Ike. I just want to be a part of putting those lives back together for GOD's glory.

The intakes this week have been great. I now have 6 clients. Today, I had a little lady who has been without water since the hurricane. Her pipes are severely damaged and she uses her neighbors bathroom and her friends bring her gallons of water. She does not drive and her daughter lives with her and helps take care of her and her grandson who is 24 with Cerebral Palsy. She needs food, clothes, furniture. But worst of all, her roof was damaged and her porch has since collapsed and fell on top of her causing her to have spine surgery. She cannot afford to fill her rxs. It just broke my heart.
