Does anyone else have problems pouring a cup of coffee? Coffee pots are all defective. I can steady the hand, prefect my aim and the results are always the same. My daughter complains constantly how she gets tired of going behind me and cleaning coffee off the countertop. I think about how lucky I am that she does not notice the coffee grounds mixed in the dark spill. Alternatively, does she? Now, all must admit that the Mr. Coffees are the worse. You can pour straight, tilt or lay on the floor eye level but always with the same results. Grab me a rag so I can mop up this mess. Over the years, I would sometimes find myself at the coffee-maker isle in stores pretending to pour a cup of coffee. I would get excited thinking this pour feels right. You've got it, RUSH home and try this baby out. OOPS! Grab that rag over there and hurry. Finally, the perfect coffee-maker hit the market. You know, the ones with the screwed-on lids, stainless steel (for a more perfect brew). By all means, let me hold down the button that spasms the thumb and watch the coffee trickle in the cup. This might be fine for those that have time to plan their whole day one drop at a time. But for most, we need fast! Take that lid off and pour. Pretend you didn't notice the spill and get to your next destination.

Spill spill spill. Then, if that wasn't enough, it's my husband. Hmmph. It does not matter if I cover the counter in spoon holders and coasters he will put his coffee spoon directly on the counter.0 points
