All I can say is wow, this has been one of the best experiences this year, and I mean the past four nights have exceeded my expectations. I am talking about the 2010 Women Who Win Conference, where we gathered around the premise of “Maximizing Connections for Breakthrough Favor”. The conference started with a live recording for New Light’s Youth Pastor, Preshea Hilliard. It was awwwwesome, I had on some fly heels, but my feet were killing me because I could not sit down. The music was really good, I can’t get the song “Live out Loud” out of my head and I am really particular about my music. We gathered again for the second night to hear none other than Bishop I.V. Hilliard where he taught on maximizing connections. He taught on how it is up to us to maximize the connections that God connects us with. I must honor the relationship, because if I ever want to become great I must learn how to serve, and in honoring them I honor God. The conference continued the next night with Bishop Rosie Oneal, if you have never heard her Google her, iTunes, you tube whatever you have to do, she will have you laughing, learning, and reflecting all at once. The conference wrapped up with my first Lady Bridget Hilliard, whom I absolutely admire. She taught us about being in “Hot Pursuit of the Supernatural Breakthrough Favor” I learned that this is my year to walk in favor and elevate my favor to expect it. The conference was packed with wonderful psalmist such and Dorinda Clark Cole, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, and Cece Winans and included day conferences as well. I must say this was one of the best investments I could ever make in my future. I will continue and encourage others to be a part of this experience for years to come.
