**Destruction is god's introduction to restore order**

Genesis 1:2

The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

                          The Blessings didnt become of until you read further down in Genesis the first chapter

The story of Abraham is in the book of Genesis 22:1-9

That was basically saying that God gave him a task to do and he obeyed.
